About
A little bit about me,
I’m a wife, a mum of two and a dog mum to our crazy rescue greyhound, Foxy.
I haven’t always been into fitness, when I left school I went to art college and then went on to university to gain a degree in graphic design, where I worked as a designer for over a decade.
My love for fitness started nearly 15 years ago when I decided to get in shape for my wedding, I started running and soon after I joined a yoga class and practiced Hatha yoga for 7 years and throughout both of my pregnancies.
Then, I discovered strength training! and my life changed…I invested in a personal trainer for the next 4 years, growing in strength, physically and mentally and discovering what it felt like to feel strong and confident in my body. Not only that, I felt mentally able to cope with the ever juggling act that is a working mum’s life!
I've been strength training now for over a decade and after COVID I decided to take a leap of faith and turn my passion for fitness into a career and I retrained as a personal trainer. My goal was to help other women gain strength and confidence by discovering and learning what their bodies are capable of.
