I will regularly check in on your progress and help keep you on track, even on those tough days. I will encourage you and motivate you. Whether you want to build a plan for strength, weight loss, or you just want to have more energy for daily life, I’ve got you, and I’ll show you the way.
Together, with your input we’ll create a sustainable plan that focuses on the most impactful habits first, and works with your schedule and your life so you can achieve results that last.

You will:
Follow a plan specifically tailored for you and your needs – where your input is welcome!
Have access to exercise demonstration videos, ensuring you know the correct way to perform each exercise.
Track your workouts and daily activities, helping you to stay focused, motivated, accountable and consistent with your goals.
Provide exercise form videos, (when needed) so I can keep you safe and strong whether you are working out at home or in the gym.
Complete tasks and habits so you can stay on track. I’ll teach you how to make things stick. I will focus on helping you build systems that will sustain you throughout the chaos of life, and help you keep seeing your progress.
Complete weekly or bi-weekly check ins - to ensure I can get a complete picture of your week and provide you the feedback and support you need so you can reach your goals, week in, week out.
Track your progress; so you know you’re moving towards your goals, and it provides valuable feedback so we can make necessary adjustments, and celebrate milestones along the way!
